Multiple Explosions, Gunshots Rock Maiduguri (Picture)

MAIDUGURI – Multiple explosions and sporadic gunshots ,yesterday, rocked London Ciki and Mairi general areas behind University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) and University Teaching Hospital (UMTH), in Maiduguri, the Borno state capital.

Although details on the attack and the number of casualties are stll sketchy, but sources said, “the Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) where detonated by suspected Boko Haram terrorists when invading the city at about 11pm on Friday, but they were however repelled by security operatives which led to the exchange of gunfire.”

There are many superstitions which are believed in various places in the world. Although in this modern age most of them have been discarded, some places still believe these superstitions as real.
